Part of a terrace of 5 buildings probably dating from 1870s.

Exterior

Veranda has plain column, and ornate capitals to R, but shares simpler post with adjacent building to L (not listed): lean-to roof behind modern advertisement board.

Reason for designation

Included as part of a group of Mid C19 buildings in important street in planned Victorian resort of Llandudno. Group value with adjacent listed buildings in Mostyn Street.
