Attached, to L, of No 3; near corner with Vaughan Street.

Later C19 shop with accommodation above.

Shop with accommodation above. Three storeys and attic with slate roof and gabled dormers; camber-headed windows with sash glazing. Modillion and dentil eaves cornice. Two-window elevation with paired windows to R on top floor; on first floor, to R, semi-circular bay window, to L, single window in deep architrave with cornice. Shop front on ground floor. Late C19/early C20 verandah.

Included as part of a group of Mid C19 buildings in important street in planned Victorian resort of Llandudno. Group value with adjacent listed buildings in Mostyn Street.
