Cadw's description

250 m north west of Braich-y-cwm at the west side of the A494.

A roadside milestone with raised lettering on a cast-iron plate, the style suggesting early C19 date.

A block of local limestone about 0.4 m wide and 0.2 m deep, standing about 0.6 m high. The top is rounded and the front is flat. It carries a cast-iron plate with the words 'CORWEN / 6 M / RUTHIN / 6 M'.

A well preserved milestone complete with its cast-iron plate.
