This building is said to have been added to Ifton Hill House in 1820.

The building is constructed of roughly coursed sandstone rubble and has a Bridgewater tile roof. Two storeys with a steeply gabled roof; it is joined to Ifton Hill House at the corner. The entrance elevation has a small modern lean-to masking the ground floor and two modern windows with concrete lintels above. The gable wall is blind. The rear elevation has another lean-to below and a modern window with concrete lintel above.

The interior was not available for inspection at the time of resurvey.
