Situated on the main commercial street which runs from south-east to north-west across Abergavenny.
History
Early/mid C19, with a mid C20 shopfront. Probably built together with No. 10 and has the same roofline, but differs in detail and is stepped down the street in the floor levels.
Exterior
No. 11 is the upstairs house-part.
Rear elevation not inspected.
Interior
Interior not available at resurvey. The ground floor has been completely altered in the late C20.
Reason for designation
Included for its special interest as a well preserved early/mid C19 frontage retaining its character, which has strong group value with the other historic buildings in the centre of Abergavenny.
