Cadw's description

Opposite the junction between Itton Road (B4293) and the road leading up to Itton Church and Itton Court and set back about 50m from it.

Pair of cottages built c1901 for the Curres of Itton Court (qv), and probably designed by Guy Dawber.

There is a two storey extension.

This is plain and modernised on the ground floor.

Included notwithstanding modern windows as unusually fine estate cotttages built for the Curres of Itton Court and probably designed by Guy Dawber.
