Location
On E side of road, about 250m S of St Andrew's Church.
History
1871. Built as village school and 6 estate houses for Norton Manor Estate. The central former school later became the Church Room, and has 3 houses to each side. The school replaced an earlier building of 1834, in the churchyard, which was demolished around time of restoration of St Andrew's.
Reason for designation
An unusual and almost unaltered piece of C19 estate village planning.
