Set back from the lane slightly, raised up on a revetted rubble-walled bank.
History
Second-quarter C19 house with late C19 stucco facade decoration.
Exterior
Two-storey villa of scribed, rendered rubble, with slate roof and tiled ridge; rendered end chimney to the R. Three-bay symmetrical facade with segmentally-arched openings having moulded stucco surrounds, the windows with sill brackets. Central entrance via 4 modern steps, with 4-panel door, the upper panels moulded, the lower ones flush; 3-pane rectangular overlight. The windows retain their 12-pane unhorned sashes.
Interior
The interior was not inspected at the time of survey.
Reason for designation
Listed for its special interest as a second-quarter C19 house retaining unaltered facade.
