Location
On Monmouth's principal commercial street which leads out of the town square going south-west to Monnow Bridge.
History
Late C18 or early C19 with later C19 and C20 alterations. They are probably early C19, but the ratio of wall to window could suggest that they are a little earlier.
Interior
Interior not seen at resurvey.
Reason for designation
Included for its special architectural interest as a multi-period building of definite character in the Monmouth town centre.
