Cadw's description

Between Grand Hotel and Angel Hotel.

Dated 1888.

Four storeys plus attic, 3-bay front in banded red brick and bathstone, terra-cotta ground floor; banded chimneys. Central Dutch pedimented dormer flanked by (later?) hipped dormers. Top floor has three 2-light mullioned windows with sash glazing. Second and first floors have central 2-storey oriel window. On ground floor, doorway to R, with renaissance style architrave, and balustrade over. At L end, window and 2 small windows either side of elongated corbel of oriel.

Well-detailed late C19 commercial building. Group value.
