Location
On the N side of the main road through Draethen. No 1 is at the R (E) end of the row.
Exterior
Pebble-dashed and painted white. The windows are 2-light casements beneath Y-tracery heads. The front door is boarded, with cast iron strap hinges. Added projection at the rear.
Interior
Not inspected at time of survey but originally a 2-room plan.
Reason for designation
Included as a rare surviving example of a row of early C19 estate cottages in this region.
