Location

Pair of cottages on the S side of the main street, in the centre of Abererch.

History

One of a group of small village houses in the main street, forming part of a terraced row, probably erected in the early-mid C19.

Exterior

Glazed door, and a slated lean-to extension to the rear.

Reason for designation

Included as one of an unusual pair of well preserved C19 village cottages within the Conservation Area of Abererch, perhaps built by an estate.
