Location
At right angles to Llanerch-uchaf farmhouse and attached farm range with which it forms a farmyard, and backing onto the lane.
History
Probably C18 - early C19.
Exterior
Small rectangular barn of limewashed rubble with corrugated roof which extends to form a hood over the small doorway; deep gabled porch and double doors to farmyard side. Ventilation slits to each side, blocked. Added lean-to on right, smaller gabled wing to left; other extensions on farmyard side.
Reason for designation
Listed as a an integral part of the farmstead for group value with farmhouse and attached range.
