Situated to W of Church of St Dyfan, enclosing W end of churchyard.
History
Churchyard walls and gateway to the Church of St Dyfan, rebuilt 1864-5 to designs by R.K. Penson, by whom also presumably these walls and gate.
Exterior
Churchyard walls and gate, red sandstone rubble with grey limestone chamfered copings. Pointed arched W entry with coped gable over. Iron gates. Walls run S to canted SW corner before continuing E stepping upwards and then NE behind apse before returning E. From gateway N wall runs N a short distance then turns NE, then E, stepping up, then N again with outlet from baptistery, then E to finish at embanked hillside N of church.
Reason for designation
Included as a well-built churchyard wall with Gothic gabled entrance, of group value with the church at Llandyfan.
