History
Late C18 and on the London to Brecon coach route, where tolls and toll houses were introduced after an Act of Parliament dated 1767.
Exterior
Segmental-headed mile marker of dressed stone, inscribed: BRECON 10.

A good example of a well inscribed simple milestone.
