Location
The row of estate cottages form a block fronting the Nebo Road on the E side climbing towards the church, and continuing the line established by Nos 1 and 2.
History
The row of cottages were built for workers on the Voelas Estate in c1845, the date shown on Nos 1 and 2.
Exterior
The door to No 3 is on the S side enclosed in a slate open-fronted porch.
Reason for designation
Included as well detailed C19 estate cottages, and of group value at the centre of Pentrefoelas.
