Cadw's description

Set into corner of driveway at Rhiwlas, some 350m W of Rhiw on S side of road to Aberdaron

Milestone, possibly early C19, of a primitive type marked with initial letters only. There are others of this type at Uwchmynydd and Aberdaron (qq.v.), Nanhoron (Llanengan) and Penllech (Tudweiliog).

Milestone, rough granite boulder rounded at top and inscribed 'P 11 A 3 1/4', the initials for Pwllheli and Aberdaron.

Included as one of a group of early milestones on the Llyn.
