Location
Located on the roadside opposite the war memorial; set back slightly behind low coped and railed rubble walls with central iron gate.
Exterior
Third-quarter C19 2-storey, 3-window house. Of local slate rubble construction, the SW (R) gable rendered; renewed slate roof with tiled ridge and plain, rendered end chimneys. Symmetrical front with recessed central entrance; modern boarded door and plain rectangular overlight. Plain, recessed C19 4-pane sash windows, all unhorned save that to ground-floor R; projecting slate cills throughout.
Interior
The interior was not inspected at the time of survey.
