The monument stands in the graveyard approximately 20m W of the W end of the church.
History
Erected c1805.
Exterior
A square sandstone die with a wide cornice, supporting a short column (a short support rising from a moulded square, now renewed in concrete) and a very large partly fluted urn with its top swept up to a moulded cone finial. The die is inscribed on 2 faces, to the Rev Edward Roberts of Dinbran, d.1805, with his wife Sarah added later.
Reason for designation
Included as an unusual and boldly designed monument of the early C19.
