Location
Situated close to centre of village, facing N over road that runs NE from village square.
History
Mid C19 village house. Possibly the building marked on the site on 1842 Gwynfil Tithe Map.
Exterior
Whitewashed rubble stone with slate roof, and whitewashed stone end stacks. Paired brackets to eaves. Two-storey, three-window range, offset to right. 12-pane hornless sashes, half-glazed centre door and traceried overlight. Stone slab lintels and stone sills. C20 window in right end wall, two ground floor windows with brick heads in left end wall. No outshut to rear. Single storey rear wing with brick end stack.
Reason for designation
Listed as a village house with well-preserved late Georgian character.
