Location
Situated in terrace of four houses, Nos 1-3 Tyrrel Place and Tyrrel House, just S of filling-station in Talybont.
History
Mid to later C19 terraced house, added to match Nos 1 and 2, which were built first. Tyrrel House added later at N end, slighty different. Typical of the terraces built as the village expanded with woollen mills and lead-mining.
Exterior
No 3 has stone keystone to brick head over door. C20 door. N end stack.
Reason for designation
A house in the best surviving terraced group in Talybont, still with the small-paned sashes of the late Georgian tradition.
