In Pontypool town centre.
History
A formal late Georgian terrace dating from about 1825 which is little altered above the ground floor. One ground floor was replaced by an entry into Pontypool Market in 1894, the others all date from the late C20.
Interior
Interior not inspected at the time of resurvey (October 1996).
Reason for designation
A good quality late Georgian terrace of shops in the main shopping street of Pontypool, which also has important group value with neighbouring listed items.
