Located on the N side of a lane running SE from the A470 to Capel Garmon; approximately 1km NW of the village; set back behind low rubble garden walls and raised up on a rubble-revetted bank.

Listed for its special interest as one of a particularly fine terrace of Victorian cottages with well-preserved exterior character.
