On the junction of Collage Street with Town Hill, and next door to the Commercial Public House.
History
Established C1780, and known as the Miners' Arms until 1857, the present building is probably largely of C1830.
Exterior
Render over brick, with slate roof set back behind parapet. 2 storeys, 2 window range facing Town Hill, with 2 window range return to College Street. Ground floor has public frontage in a late C19 style (but possibly renewed); 12-pane sash windows above.
