Cadw's description

Situated on S side of A 482 approximately 1km SE of Aberaeron.

Earlier C19 Llanerchaeron estate cottage.

Roughcast with slate veranda roof and roughcast end stacks, large and square to left. Single-storey, two-window front recessed under overhanging roof carried on three plain thin iron posts. Windows are Gothic, pointed with intersecting tracery to heads and 6-pane lights below. Door on left end wall.

Listed as a well-preserved earlier C19 picturesque estate cottage
