Location

Situated on S side of A475, leaning against hedge opposite and SE of Berthyfedwen.

History

Early C19 milestone. This section of road was maintained by the Cardigan Turnpike Trust, which received its first Act in 1770.

Exterior

White painted milestone standing approximately 90cm high. Inscription reads:

TO CARDIGAN
12 MILES

Reason for designation

Included as a survival of early road transport history.
