Location
Located on the W side of the B 5106 (Gwydir Road), some 2km N of Trefriw; set in front of a rubble retaining wall.
Exterior
Late C18 or early C19 milestone relating to the turnpike road first established in 1777. Slate-stone with simple arched top and inscribed: ` 8 Conway ' and beneath: `4 Llanrwst.'
Reason for designation
Included for its special historic interest as an early turnpike road milestone.
