Located by the side of the mountain road beneath the Graig-y-Garreg-Lwyd and above the Cwm Cynfal to the N; approximately 3km E of Ffestiniog.
Exterior
A second-half C19 cast iron milepost with triangular profile; the SE face has, in raised lettering: Blaenau Ffestiniog 5, the NW: Bala 15. No visible foundry marks.
Listed for its historic interest as a surviving C19 milepost in a prominent road-side location.
