Location
Attached to the NE end of Brynglwys, forming a terrace of two facing the churchyard.
Exterior
Smaller of the two early C19 terrace houses. Colourwashed stone with slate roof. Two storeys, 2 widely spaced window bays with off-central 6-panelled door now enclosed in C20 glazed porch. C19 4-pane sash window to ground floor, early C19 small paned windows with Brecon hopper windows to upper floor. Gable brick stack and crested ridge tiles.
To the right, a lean-to with carriage door and ventilated attic door.
Reason for designation
Included as of group value with Brynglwys, in the upper village centre.
