Milestone opposite Ty Arfon.

Sandstone. Early C19. A vertical slab with rounded top, with incised lettering reading BRECON / 9. Overpainted in black and white, with word 'Miles' added.

Included as a survival of the provisions of the Brecon to Crickhowell and Abergavenny turnpike.
