Location
Situated on E side of B4032, some 100m N of Maesllanwrthwl opposite the junction to Llansawel. Slightly projecting before hedge.
History
Early C19 milestone. This section of the B4302 was maintained by the Llandovery and Lampeter Turnpike Trust which received its act in 1778.
Exterior
Milestone standing approximately 60cm high. The top has been slightly chipped. Inscription reads:-
" TO LLANDEILO 11 MILES. TO LLANSAWEL [2.5] MILES "

Early C19 milestone in an area where many other examples have disappeared.
