Location
The cottage stands adjacent to the B4350 road from Hay to Brecon at a junction with a lane to Llanigon, close to the community boundary.
Exterior
Late Georgian style, 2-storey, 3-window front. Stone rubble, 9 & 12-pane sashed windows under voussoired flat-arches, hipped slate roof; contemporary railings to front. Modern porch.
Reason for designation
A good mid-19th century exterior, the cottage stands in a prominent situation, at a road junction and visible down the Brecon Road from Hay.
