Cadw's description

Situated on E side of farmyard, SE of house.

Later C18 small house, restored c1990. Formerly thatched with some cob on upper floor, the cob refaced in stone.

Later C18 small house, rubble stone with slate roof and big right end stone stack. One storey and loft. Off-centre door, 6-pane casement to left and extreme right, timber lintels and small 4-pane casement on eaves, to right of door, under catslide roof. Left end wall had a chimney and loft door up steps, door now replaced by window. Rear has C19 NE addition in Preseli stone with cart-entry on N side. Corrugated-iron low-pitched lean-to roof. Former pig-sty on S side. House rear left has 6-pane attic casement.
Cottage was thatched with gorse underthatch, and outer walls were whitewashed with clom on top 1m each side. Attic window was under eaves, and smaller.

Right end fireplace has big cambered beam. Roof has four thin scarfed cruck trusses.
