Cadw's description

Immediately to the W of the L-shaped agricultural range on a slight rise.

A mid-C19 2-storey outhouse.

Rubble construction under a slate roof with brick detailing. Open entrance to R with brick-cambered head, and a barred window to L. Open window above. Cambered heads as before. Adjoining to the L a single-storey later addition. Modern window and open entrance as before.

Included for group value with the other listed items at Fron farm.
