Cadw's description

Set back above the road near the junction with cambria road.

Early C19 with some later additions and alterations.

Rendered, probably over stone with slate roofs and stone chimney stacks. 2-storeys with long cross wing and shorter main range. Entrance towards angle with wing, in moulded architrave, with tripartite sash window to its left. 2x16-pane sash windows above. Wing has 2-storey canted bay window in front-facing gable end, and 3-window return range with some original 16-pane sash windows, the others later C19 4-pane sashes. Outshut to rear.

A good, typical example of an early C19 vernacular building which retains much of its original character.
