Location
Situated on SE corner of Fulke Street.
Exterior
Circa l800 house, roughcast with slate roof and rendered end stacks. Three-storey three-window range with altered sashes in raised stucco surrounds. First floor has plate glass sashes replacing original 12-pane sashes and upper floor has one similar to centre and later C20 windows each side. Ground floor has big fixed plate glass shopwindow to left with bracketted fascia, centre C20 door in plain surround and plate glass sash to right. Gabled NW rear wing. Door in W gable end.
Interior
0riginal stair survives with thin column newels, ramped rail.
Reason for designation
One of the early houses of the first phase of the new town, ca l797-l8l0.
