Cadw's description

At right angles to the SW of Vivod. On the NE edge of the Bryn-newydd Home Farm settlement.

Built as the Home Farm farmhouse to the Vivod estate; probably contemporary with the mid C19 building of Vivod house; shown on 1st edition.

2-storeys; whitewashed rubble, slate roof and red brick end chimney stacks. 3-window front with 2-light casement windows offset to the right; small pane to ground floor flanking half glazed entrance with gabled boarded porch. Similar window to gable end facing the road. Cross range and lean to at rear with similar windows.

Includded for group value with the farmyard ranges and their importance to the Vivod estate.
