Location
Approximately 1km NW of the town centre. Below the road with rear elevation overlooking the railway. On steeply sloping ground close to modern road bridge over the Llangollen Canal.
Exterior
Early to mid C19, perhaps originally having some association with the canal. 2-storey to front, 3-storey to rear; colourwashed rubble with brick end chimney stacks and slate roof. Small-pane sash windows, 1-window to front, 1-window to gable ends and 2-window to rear. Half glazed door to centre of front and similar door to left gable end.
