Cadw's description

Situated on northern side of small lane about 500m S of junction with B4430 about 1,100m ESE of Croesgoch.

Mid to later C19 large farmhouse in unpainted scribed cement render with low-pitched lightly grouted slate roof and broad ashlar end stacks. Two-storey, three-window front of 12-pane sashes in plain reveals and centre C20 glazed door in glazed surround set in enlarged plain entry. Two ground floor sashes and one above to east wall; attached mounting block. Lower two-storey rear wing remodelled in late C20.

Farm house is part of an unusually large and distinctive later C19 farmstead, probably all rebuilt after 1856 when a sale map shows buildings to a different plan.
