Cadw's description

Situated on northern side of A487, on eastern side of driveway to Trearched, about 200m E of crossroads at Croesgoch

Early to mid C19 small, painted rubble stone, single storey lodge to Trearched with half-hipped imitation slate roof and large rubble stone west side-wall stack. Single window and door to west side, 12-pane sash with cambered stone voussoirs and slate sill to south end. East side lean-to with 6-pane south window.
