Location
Situated on southern side of Trefin-Llanrhian road about 100m NE of junction with lane to Mountain Hall Farm.
Exterior
Early to mid C19 small two-storey house in rubble stone with colourwashed roughcast front, grouted slate roof and stone end stacks. Outshut rear with large stone stack on west edge of rear roof slope. Unaltered three-window front of small C19 4-pane sashes, centre door in raised cement surround. Ground floor heads slightly cambered. Small 4-pane window to ground floor west end wall. Low colourwashed rubble outbuilding to west with grouted slate roof and double boarded doors.
