History
Terraced house possibly mid C19 in long row, renovated with rest of the row c2002.
Exterior
Terraced house, painted lined stucco with slate close-eaved roof and brick left end stack. Two storeys, double-fronted, with renewed plate glass sashes and centre recessed renewed door with overlight.

Included for its special interest as a late Georgian style small terraced house in a well-preserved row, Nos 44-60 (even).
