Next to the former Dew Street Infants School and some 120m NE of the junction of Dew Street and Shipman's Lane.
History
Terraced house, externally late C19 and late C20, but under single roof with No 47 which may have C18 origins. Since 1974 all windows and door have been altered.
Exterior
House, painted render with slate roof and brick right end stack. Two storeys, double fronted with C20 uPVC casements above and C20 plate glass windows below, that to right larger. Centre doorway with thin chamfer and half-glazed door as on No 47.

Interior not inspected.
Reason for designation
Included not withstanding alterations to windows and door for group value with adjoining properties.
