On a site adjoining terrace at Nos 139 to 148 (consec) St Helen’s Road. Set back from, and above, the road.
Exterior
Mid-Victorian classicism. 2 storey symmetrical 3 bay stucco front with taller, advanced centre. Balustraded parapets, eaves cornice, cill band. Tripartite windows in architraves, hoods on volute brackets to 1st floor, sashes without glazing bars. Centre 1st floor window with blind niche and scallop motif under pediment, balustraded balcony with finials.
Twin pilastered doorcase with arched openings, 6-panel door to left.
