Cadw's description

Flanking footpath within former metalwork entrance to Victoria Park.

Erected by public subscription after H E Charles’ death in 1907.

Stepped granite obelisk with moulded cappings and basin. Fine bronze portrait roundel in relief over inscription tablet. Brick support to rear. Sculptor not known.
