On the street line adjoining The Cowder Arms Hotel.

Mid Cl9 or earlier. 2 storey, 2 window building with broad tunnel passage to right. Colourwashed roughcast on rubble. Moderately pitched slate roof, plain eaves.
Victorian sash windows to lst floor (3 panes over 2). Continuous sill band. Modern shop window with recessed doorway at right, half glazed door. Sill band.
Broad stone voussoir round arch with stressed keystone to tunnel passage extreme right. Paired passageway.

Listed principally for archway.
