Situated at S end of row, detached from adjoining terrace.
History
Early to mid C19.
Exterior
House, unpainted pebbledash and stucco, with slate roof and rendered end stacks. Two-storey three-window range of hornless 12-pane sashes and centre door with overlight. Slate sills, unpainted quoins, surrounds with keystones and first floor sill band. C20 dormer.
House is raised on terrace with roughcast terrace wall. Passage to basement door to right. Protruding stones to left for unbuilt adjoining house.
Reason for designation
Group value with adjoining terraced houses in Rock Street, which is the earliest terraced street in New Quay and marked on 1847 Tithe Map.
