Cadw's description

Situated third house from N end of terraced row.

Mid C19.

Terraced house in unpainted stucco with slate eaves roof and stone end stacks, two-storey two-window range. Original hornless sashes with painted slate sills, 12-pane and 16-pane to first floor, 12-pane to ground floor right, half-glazed door with plain fanlight to left in arch-headed trellis porch. Raised stucco window heads and door arch.

A little altered terraced house with original windows. This part of Marine Terrace is not marked on 1847 Tithe Map.
