Situated towards upper end of little altered terraced row.

Later C19 terraced house, painted roughcast and stucco with slate eaves roof, bracketed eaves and stone right end stack. Two-storey two-window front built closely against No 9, original hornless 12-pane sashes and 4-panel door with overlight. Stucco quoins, surrounds and sill band. C20 glazed porch.

Built after 1847 and before 1887, part of typical New Quay terrace. Included for group value.
