Location
Set back slightly and raised up behind a low-walled front garden.
History
Terrace of 2 cottages which originated as a mid C18 storeyed house. In the mid C19 the house was converted to two cottages with a third added to the R. The first two are now combined once more. Above the former original entrance (now a window) is an inscribed sandstone plaque with the inscription:"17 RTK 52 /Huffordia blentyn/ym mhen ei ffordd/a phan hereiddio/nid ymedy a hi".
Interior
Original features of interior include hewn beams and big stone hearth lintel.
Reason for designation
Listed for its special interest as a mid C18 dated house retaining its vernacular character, notwithstanding subsequent alteration.
